Altar & Rosary Society is an organization of prayer, fellowship, and service open to all women of the parish. Its meets the third Thursday of each month with Rosary in the church at 7:00 P.M. except during January, June, July and August,

Infant of Prague Guild meets the first Monday of each month, except in July and August.

Mary's Widows Club is a support group for widows of the parish. It meets the fourth Monday of each month after the 8:15 Mass.

Senior Citizens group is open to all senior citizens of the parish.

Catholic Women's Club provides an opportunity for all Catholic women of the area to socialize and enjoy fellowship. It meets the second Monday of each month except during July and August. Membership is open to all Catholic women parishioners of Regina Coeli Church, St. Joseph's Church and neighboring Catholic parishes.

Knights of Columbus is a national organization for all Catholic men.
