这是因为在 iTunes 里创建项目的时候没有选择 加密 这一选项：

在你进入 iTunes Connect 里的时候你会发现你的项目状态是 Ready for Upload .

在 iTunes Connect 这一页面中 选择 Manage Your Apps ，然后选择你的项目 ， 选择 Ready to Upload Binary . 在里面问询 加密问题的时候 选择 NO . 然后保存.
